Event Package Specials – Spring/Summer 2023

Thank you for considering LOCAL for your special occasion. We have several options depending on your party size and we are here to assist in co-creating your event here in our beautiful space. We are offering these evening prices through the summer of 2023. Lunch & Brunch pricing is available upon request.

THE VILLAGE PATIO

Food & Beverage Minimum: Weekday $2,500/$4,000 | Weekend $3,500/$5,500

This private patio space is perfect for groups between 15 and 40. A set menu is required for this size group and we will help custom plan it to tailor your needs. You’ll have dedicated service staff for your event as well as heaters and your own fire pit.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

Food & Beverage Minimum: $800

This private dining space is perfect for groups between 8-12. Custom pre-fixe menu planning is available with wine pairings as well as dedicated service staff. This room is perfect for Board Meetings, Rehearsal Dinners, Family Dinners or Dinner Parties.

THE FIRE PIT

Food & Beverage Minimum: $500

This is our most affordable and most casual space offering here at Local. The fire pit will comfortably accommodate 8-14 people and is perfect for Casual Office Events, early or late-night Cocktail hours, Bachelorettes, & more. Small plates, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts are available here.

FULL RESTAURANT BUYOUT

Starting at: Weekday $12,000 | Weekend $20,000

Our restaurant can accommodate up to 120 guests and is the perfect venue for your large party needs. Choose from a Family Style or Plated multi-course format, pair wines or select bottles from our extensive list. Custom creations from the kitchen and bar are available. The sky’s the limit.
